Vehicle Sales and Purchase Terms

Vehicle Listings

• All vehicle information is provided to the best of our knowledge and is subject to verification
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a formal purchase agreement is signed
• Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a deposit is received
• All vehicles are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified in writing

Purchase Process

• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required for test drives
• Purchase agreements must be signed by all parties before vehicle delivery
• Full payment or approved financing must be completed before vehicle transfer
• Vehicle registration and title transfer are the buyer's responsibility

Pre-Order Services

• Pre-order deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle cannot be sourced
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to availability
• Specifications and pricing may change between order and delivery
• Customers will be notified of any significant changes before delivery

Trade-In and Sell Requests

• Trade-in valuations are estimates and subject to physical inspection
• Final trade-in values may differ from initial estimates
• Vehicles must have clear title and proper documentation
• We reserve the right to decline any trade-in or purchase request
• All trade-in vehicles are subject to mechanical and cosmetic inspection

Financing and Payment

• Financing is subject to credit approval and third-party lender terms
• Interest rates and terms are determined by approved lenders
• We do not guarantee financing approval for any customer
• Down payments and deposits are required for most financing arrangements
• All payments must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise agreed
